Consultancy (Ecological consultancy)

covers advisory and consultancy in all areas of environment protection, processing of announcement,
documentation and study of influence on environment (E.I.A.),
elaboration of application for integrated permission (IPPC).

Control activity (Supervision)

consists of expert investor supervision of processing and realisation of ecological projects.
Supervisor watches the contract from the point of following approved project documentation, as well from the point of effectively spent financial resources
given for the contract.

Consultancy in building construction

building of new apartments, repairs and reconstructions of buildings, apartment houses, modernisation of panel houses,
reconstruction of historical and listed protected objects.

Anti-erosion measures, parcels and landscape adaptation with the emphasis on the ecology.

Processing of investment plans.

Grant advisory

Due to newly emerging grant programs and it's applications for public administration, we perform processing of projects and applications for following grant programs:

Ministry of environment, State fund of environment (sewage treatment plants etc.),
air purity, using of alternative and renewable energy sources, handling waste,
Grant program Zelená úsporám for public buildings.

Programs for countryside development (Projects for renewal and development of villages with up to 500 inhabitants).

Projects of water management infrastructure (canalisation, water conduits, sewage treatment plants) in municipalties with up to 2000 inhabitants).

Regional operational programs
(Support of transport reachability and serviceability, area development, regional business development, tourism development for cities and municipalities with over 500 inhabitants).

Processing of projects for individual applicants (MAS, POV Olomouckého kraje,...)
